Commercial properties
An HOA board and a REIT asset manager do not want the same thing from a landscape contractor. Both need a named manager, an agreed scope and a crew that reports back.
Property management groups
You manage a portfolio and need one contractor who reports properly, invoices cleanly and does not create work for you. Each property gets a named project manager, and certificates go straight to your office.
Large HOAs and residential communities
Common areas, entrances, monument signs and amenity grounds. Boards change, budgets are voted on, and the landscape has to look consistent through all of it. We work to an agreed scope so there is no argument about what was included.
Corporate campuses
Large sites with several buildings, long frontages and heavy irrigation. We audit the irrigation before we quote, because on a campus that is where the money goes.
Retail centers and banks
Clean entries, clear sight lines to signage and no slip hazards on the walkways. We schedule the loud and wet work around trading hours.
Homeowners and estates
Private gardens and estate grounds. We work mostly on larger residential properties, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit for yours.
Estate properties
Private homes with real planting to look after. Design drawn before anything is planted, and the same company maintaining it afterwards so nothing gets pruned at the wrong time of year.
Homeowners
Lawn, beds, palms and hardscape on a set schedule. We work mostly on larger residential properties, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit for yours.

Working with us
Do you take single-property clients or only portfolios?
Both. Some clients have one retail site, others have twenty. The service is the same: a named manager, an agreed scope and a schedule.
Can you take over an existing contract mid-year?
Yes, and we do it regularly. We walk the property first and give you a written list of what has been neglected, so you know the condition before we quote.
Do you work with national management companies?
Yes. We work with national and regional property management firms, and we are set up for their insurance and invoicing requirements.
What area do you cover?
Five counties in the Tampa Bay area: Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota.
