Tampa Turf Services started in 1984 with a single commercial property. Four decades later we still run the business the same way: a set schedule, the same crew on the same property, and a manager who answers the phone.
We also tell you when something needs attention. A failing irrigation valve, a tree limb over a walkway or a swale that has silted up costs far less to correct than to repair.

What size properties do you take on?
From single retail sites to multi-building office parks and full HOA communities. We have maintained large commercial grounds in Tampa Bay since 1984 and carry the insurance those contracts require.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance to our management company?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and we send certificates directly to your management company or REIT before work starts.
Who is our point of contact?
One project manager is assigned to your property. They walk the site, run the crew and answer your calls directly.
Can you take over from our current contractor mid-year?
Yes. We walk the property first and give you a written list of what has been neglected, so you know the condition you are inheriting before we quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across five counties in the Tampa Bay area: Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota.
