System audit
We run every zone and watch it. That is how you find heads spraying the parking lot, heads blocked by shrubs, mismatched nozzles in one zone and valves that do not fully close.
You get a written list of faults with the cost to fix each one, so you can decide what to do now and what can wait.
Repairs
Broken and sunken heads, cut lateral lines, failed solenoids, leaking valves and dead controller stations are the common faults on an older commercial system.
We also correct nozzle matching. Mixing spray and rotor nozzles in one zone means half the area is drowned by the time the other half is wet.
Controllers and watering restrictions
Tampa Bay water districts restrict watering days and times. A controller programmed years ago is often running outside the current rules, which risks a fine.
We program controllers to the current restrictions and can fit smart controllers and rain sensors, which stop the system running during and after rain.
New system installation
For new landscapes and expansions we design the zones around plant water need and sun exposure, size the pipe to the available pressure, and set head spacing for head-to-head coverage.
Coverage that overlaps correctly is why a system waters evenly. Under-spaced heads leave dry rings no run time will fix.
