Landscape Crew Leader / Driver
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent landscaping experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lead a crew in Florida outdoor conditions. Early mornings and Saturday work are part of the job. Start time is 6:30 AM at the shop.
What you will do
- Drive and lead a landscape crew on commercial maintenance routes, 4 to 6 days a week
- Mowing on 30, 36 and 52 inch walk-behind and stand-on mowers
- Line trimming, edging and backpack blowing
- Hedge trimming, shrub pruning, hand weeding and debris removal
- Planting and maintaining flower beds
- Operate equipment safely and keep job sites clean
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
What we need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of recent landscape or lawn care experience
- Valid driver license with a clean record. Florida license preferred
- 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to start at 6:30 AM and work Saturdays when needed
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to read and write English. Bilingual is a plus
Pay and benefits
$23 to $35 an hour, depending on experience
